| 摘 要： | 严复作为中国近代著名的资产阶级启蒙思想家 ,虽然没有系统的法制著作 ,但在其译著的按语和其他一系列论文中 ,却有着不少有关法制的论述。严复强调法制是“治国之经制” ,主张立法应符合天理人情 ,做到因地制宜 ,“卫民”、“便民”、“利民”。

| Abstract: | Yan Fu, a famous enlightenment thinker, has not made systematical writings on laws, but he has made some comments on law system in a series of books. He emphasized that legal system was the basic rules to run a country and asserted that legislation should suit the justice and human sympathy and it should be treated differently in different places to protect people, benefit people and be convenient to people. |
