摘    要:高职院校学生是一个具有特殊性的群体。高职院校学生三年的高校生活,可以概括为三个时期:适应期、稳定期、成熟期。基本上以每一学年为一个时期,每个时期学生的特点不同,班主任的工作重心也应有所不同。

Abstract:Higher vocational college students are students with their own characte. Their life in the college can be divided into three periods: adaptation period, stabilization period and maturity period. Approximately, every period is a school year. Therefore, the head teachers should lay their emphasis on different things with regard to the characteristics of different periods.
