| 摘 要： | 宏观环境是影响大学生就业的非人为因素,影响近年来大学生就业难的主要PEST因素有世界就业难、经济危机、人口过多、同质专业过多、认识偏见、特色不显等,作为专科层次的高职生应做到明确形势,知难而上;增强信心,合理定位;学好专业,突出特色;苦练内功,长足发展,以期早就业、就好业。

| Abstract: | Macro - environment is the non - human factor which affects the employment of university gradu- ates. The main PEST factors which affect the employment of university graduates in recent years are as follows： world employment difficulties, economic crisis, overpopulation, excessive homogeneous professionals, prejudiced opinion, no significant features, etc. As a vocational student with special level, one should have a clear mind of the situation, going upstream, boosting confidence, positioning reasonably, mastering specialty, having outstanding features, having hard inner strength training and long - term development, so as to early obtain employment and get a good job. |
