| Abstract: | The omnimedia age has brought many convenient factors for the learning of open education. Through analyzing the connotation of learning strategies, this paper studies the basis for the design of learning strategies in the new age, and offers the process design model of learning strategies for open education under the condition of omnimedia, hoping to benefit the readers and learners. |
