关于北京师范大学师范教育体制改革的若干思考

借鉴国际师范教育发展的经验 ,依据国情改革师范教育体制是中国教育的当务之急 ,也是北京师范大学的当务之急。北京师范大学师范教育体制的变革的整体策略应当是 :1 .形成多级分流、层次化、多元化的人才培养格局 ;2 .建立学术性课程与教育类课程的分阶段实施的多元化学制模式 ;3.进行教育类课程改革 ;4.实施院系调整 ,实现结构重组、强强联合 ;5.打破系科封锁 ,实施素质教育 ;6.加强领导 ,形成全校支持改革的合力 ;7.争取国家和社会的最大支持

Reflections on the Teacher Educational System Reform at BNU

The planned reform at BNU of the teacher educational system can be summed up as follows: 1. Establishing a merits training pattern characterized by multi grade differentiation, stratification and diversification. 2. Forming curriculum models combining research and pedagogy. 3. Reforming the pedagogical curriculum. 4. Reorganizing the system of schools and departments. 5. Breaking through the divisions between different disciplines and carrying out so called comprehensive merits education. 6. Inspiring common approval of the reform. 7. Seeking the support of the central government and of all communities.
