论《秧歌》

《秧歌》是张爱玲的一部重要作品,海内外对这部作品的评价截然不同,论文力图把这部小说放到后期张爱玲创作努力寻找个人与现实的契合点这一背景上来分析评价。张爱玲在这部小说中以她的独特眼光描写了生活中的“饥饿”现象和“虚假性”,而这部作品的部分情节构成又令人遗憾地陷入了虚假性。《秧歌》虽然有政治环境对作家的影响这一因素,但又不能完全从政治立场的角度来评价它,这部小说基本上还是从人性的立场,从关注平凡人生的立场来创作的。她用一贯的“参差的对照”手法描写了农民的形象。作家在和现实保持距离的同时,又在一定程度上偏离了自己的基本立场,使这部小说呈现出复杂的状态。

A Discussion on The Yangge

Different comments have been made at home and abroad on The Yangge, on important work of Zhang Ailing. This paper attempts to analyze and evaluate this novel in a new perspective, i.e. against the background of Zhang＇ s endeavor to find the affinity between individuals and social reality in her literary creation of the later period. In this novel, Zhang Ailing manages to picture in a unique manner the ＂hunger＂ and ＂falsility＂ in life whereas some of its plots have been regretfully stained by some falsehood. Anyway, the novel, written in the perspective of humanity and with concern for common life, manages to vividly picture the image of peasants, Thus the novel is, on the whole, a bit complicated due to some causes.
