| 摘 要： | 目的 研究超声下通液诊断输卵管通畅性的临床价值。方法 选择20例不孕妇女采用生理盐水通过气囊导管通液，经阴道超声检查，结果 双侧输卵管通畅7例；双侧输卵管通而不畅9例，双侧输卵管梗阻4例。结论 超声下通液诊断输卵管通畅性较准确，安全，易行，可作为不孕门诊病人的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the clinical evaluation of diagnosing the pass-ability by utilizing sonosalpin-gography of physiological saline and transvaginal ultrasonography infertile women. Method: 20 cases of infertility were observed by sonosalpingography of physiological saline compound under Sonosalpingography (TVS). Result: Both sides of fallopian tube passable in 7 cases; 9 cases with one side passable and other side partially passable or impassable; 4 case both sides of impassable tube. Conculsion: This method takes the advantages of accuracy, security and easy operation. It should be the first choice in tube passable test of infertility. |
