乌兰夫发展畜牧业思想探究

为了发展畜牧业,把牧业区建设成为祖国强大的牧业基地,乌兰夫在不同时期依据不同需要,提出过许多方针政策。在制定和实施这些方针政策时,他始终突出强调的是:一切从实际出发,各行各业相互支援,加强基本建设,依靠先进科技和经验,以人民群众为本。这几个方面互相补充、相互统一,构筑了乌兰夫发展畜牧业思想的基本框架。乌兰夫发展畜牧业的思想不仅对当时内蒙古畜牧业的恢复和发展发挥过重要作用,而且对今天牧业区的建设仍不失其借鉴价值。

THE STUDY OF WU LAN FU'S THOUGHT OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY DEVELOPMENT

In order to develop animal husbandry and to build the stock-raising areas into our country's strong animal husbandry base,Wu Lan Fu advanced many policies and principles according to different needs and different times.In the making and implementing of these policies and principles,he continually attached great importance to the following principles,that is,we should proceed everything from actual conditions,all trades and professions should assist one another,we should strengthen fundamental construction and depend on advanced science,technology and experience,and we should take the benefit of the masses as the basis.These policies and principles complement one another,unite with one another and form the basic structure of Wu Lan Fu's thought of animal husbandry development.His thought was not only of important function to the restoration and the development of Inner Mongolia animal husbandry then,but also of great value to the construction of stock-raising areas nowadays.
