| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国高校就业指导工作缺乏主动性、互动性,个性化服务意识淡薄以及服务职能欠缺的现状,结合当前大学生就业市场的需求和CRM的应用优势,提出了基于CRM理念的高校就业指导模式的设计思想。在分析高校就业指导模式的功能层次基础上,构建了基于CRM理念的高校就业指导模式的总体模型,有效提高用人单位与毕业生的满意度及高校就业指导的工作效率,为实现我国高等教育改革提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper seeks to examine and analyze the current status of college employment guidance work in China which is in lack of initiative,interactive,personalized service and powerful service functions. Combined with the demand of college students employment market and the application advantages of CRM,the paper aims at designing a college employment guidance mode based on CRM idea. Based on the functional hierarchy of college employment guidance mode,this paper constructs a general model of college employment guidance mode based on CRM idea which can effectively improve employing unit satisfaction,graduate satisfaction and work efficiency of college employment guidance. This mode aims at providing a new way for higher education reform in China. |
