案例教学法在《小企业管理》教学中的应用研究

案例教学是开放教育工商管理专业常用的一种教学方法,但对于《小企业管理》这一类理论性与实践性都很强的课程来说,由于许多教师对案例教学知之不多,在实际教学活动中不能真正有效地发挥案例教学的优势,因此,有必要就《小企业管理》中开展案例教学进行探讨。文章通过结合本人的教学实践,提出了改善案例教学效果的具体措施,及在案例教学中应注意的问题。

Application Study of Case Teaching Methodology on Small Business Management

Case teaching is a kind of commonly used teaching method in open education industrial and commercial administration speciality. As to the course "Small Business Management", which requires the teacher possess the knowledge of theory and practice, it is an effective way to employ this teaching method. But many teachers know little about this method, thus they cannot effectively bring it into play. Combined with the teaching practice made by the author, this article put forward some concrete measures of ameliorating the effects of case teaching. It also proposed some problems that should be paid attention to in case teaching.
