中国现代化进程中的地区发展不平衡探因

目前,中国各地区发展极不平衡。同东部沿海地区相比,西部民族地区发展缓慢,而且差距有进一步拉大的趋势。特别是20世纪90年代以来,这一趋势更加明显,这一现象主要源于东部沿海地区和西部民族地区在制度供给、制度变迁方式和制度的利用效率上存在巨大差距。西部民族地区在这种差异背景下必须努力寻求制度突破,打破制度"锁定"。

An Approach on the Reason of the Imbalance of the regional Development in the Process of the Process of Modernization in China

Since the reform and opening in 1978,China has started up again the historic process of modernization,has come into a new historic stage of fully construction of socialist modernization,and the national social economy has advanced rapidly.However,during the process,the development in the various areas have imbalance.Compared to the eastern cost areas,western areas have developed very slowly and the there has been great imbalance between them with the gap being enlarged.Especially since 1990s,this tendency is getting more and more obvious,the phenomenon originated from the great disparity in the system supply,ways of system evolution and the using efficiency of the systems between the southeastern coast areas and the western national areas.The western areas must make their efforts to seek for system breakthrough and break system "lock" under the background difference.
