Intelligence Quotient, Emotion Quotient and Mental Quotient

Quality -oriented education is a process of regenesis and re -creation, the subject of which is the physical and mental quality of humanity themselves. The latent energy of students's physical and mental quality is an interactive socializing process of biological and social activities which are centered around the psychological activity. This process requires us to research from social psychology, cultural ecology, educational and social hy-gienics, and to probe from the combination of theories and practices, the psychological eutrapelia of students's mental and physical quality of socialization and civilization.
