| 摘 要： | 发展产业投资基金是我国经济发展的重要方式.我国早在20世纪80年代就开始对产业投资基金的理论研究和实践探索.通过分析产业投资基金在我国的理论和实践发展状况,总结目前产业投资基金发展的障碍性因素,并尝试提出解决对策.
