摘    要:目的:研究肺炎衣原体的培养及其对人脐带静脉内皮细胞的感染。方法:以人喉表皮癌(HEP-2)细胞培养肺炎衣原体并感染人肺带静脉内皮细胞,光镜及电镜下观察感染情况并计包涵体数。结果:肺炎衣原体能在HEP-2细胞内培养并能感染人肺带静脉内皮细胞,感染后72h,包涵体数最多,96h后仍可见肺炎衣原体在人肺带静脉内皮细胞内存活。结论:肺炎衣原体能感染并存活于人肺带静脉内皮细胞,能导致动脉内膜感染。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether Chlamydia pneumoniae (C.pn)could infect of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVE cells). Methods After cultured in HEP-2 cells,C.pn was infected of HUVE cells,the inclusions were observed by ectromicroscoper.Results C.pn was able to grow and multiply in HEP-2 cells,infect and live in HUVE cells. Conclusion The ability of C.pn to grow in HUVE cells suggests a role for C.pn as a localpathogenetic factor in vascular inflammatory alterations, including atherogenesis.
