高校学生党建工作的新探索

高校学生党建工作，在新时期的教育改革背景下，应坚持以人为本，创新三种理念：从管理向服务转变、从教导向引导转变、从统一向多样转变；注重发挥学生党员的榜样作用，加强宣传、强化行动，起到以点带面的效果；与时俱进，发挥新媒体阵地作用，实现学校-社会共建模式，积极搭建学生党员的实践平台。

New Exploration of the Party Developing of College Students

Under the background of education reform in the new era ,party developing of college students should remain committed to people-oriented idea and innovate three concepts ：shifting from ad-ministration to service;from instruction to guidance;from unity to diversity .It should enhance publicity , strengthen activity ,and put role models of student -party members into more important use .We also keep pace with the times to play the role of new media positions ,achieve the school-community building model ,and actively build practice platform for student party members .
