| 摘 要： | 学业管理制度是对学习过程和学习成果进行计划、组织、监控、协调、约束和指导的规程和准则.私学教育的学业管理是刻板、偏狭和粗暴的,自有学校教育始就有学业管理制度.高等教育发展中,因以人为本理念、教育机会均等、知识社会及终身学习等环境的变化,其学业管理制度将发生巨大变革.

| Abstract: | The credit management system is the regulation and criteria for the planning, organization, monitoring, coordination, restriction and guidance of the studying process and accomplishments. The credit management of private education is rigid, parochial and rude, the establishment of a credit management system developed with the initiation of school education. In the development of higher education, the credit management system will undergo great changes with the general environment, such as the acceptance of the human-oriented concept, the equality of educational opportunity, the knowledge-based society and the life-long education. |
