| 摘 要： | 未来公民的培养,其核心是一种共通的品质培养.而品质的培养在于用心的引导和人格的潜移默化.学校建立导师制作为引导学生个体发展的有效手段,同时制定真实有效的量化手段,以可操作的形式衡量学生发展需求,对促进当代大学生公民教育以及合格公民培养具有理论意义,更具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher vocational education, practicing classrooms and zones have become the important fields for vocational colleges to breed talents with high quality and useful skills. The paper takes the productive practicing classroom for printing majors in Urumqi Vocational University as an example to analyze from the feature of the practicing classroom the shortcomings in the management and proposes the management mode based on the analysis. |
