| 摘 要： | 秦汉帝国四百多年间一直存有食人现象,这种食人现象分为两种,即天灾性食人与人祸性食人.二者交替出现,是秦汉时期食人现象的新特点.通过对秦汉时期食人现象历史演变轨迹的梳理,人们可以认清当时食人现象的一些内容.为了食人惨剧不再重演,一方面应努力提高科技,发展经济,以提升应对自然灾害的能力;另一方面应加强政府的组织功能,提高其服务水平,改善其行政能力.如果能够做到这两点,那么食人惨剧或可避免.

On Cannibalism Phenomenon in the Qin-Han Period in History |

| Abstract: | In the more than 400 years of the Qin-Han Empire period, there existed the cannibalism phenomenon which divides into two kinds： cannibalism in visitation of Providence and cannibalism in human misfortune. The paper discusses the historical evolution process of the cannibalism so as to recognize the phenomenon. The realistic significance of this paper is to warn people to develop science and technology to cope with natural disaster, and to promote economics to avoid human misfortune. |
