| 摘 要： | 分析了基于WEB的网络作业系统的开发意义，给出了作业管理系统的数据库设计，利用JSP等关键技术设计实现了基于Web的网络作业管理系统，实现了网上作业布置和作业提交。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the significance of developing networking job based on the WEB,and gives the database design of test paper analyzing as well.It also designs and realizes the networking job management system based on the WEB by lots of key technologies like JSP.And it realizes assigning and submitting jobs on the web. |
