| 摘 要： | 因心理恐惧而影响了掌握技术的进度和教学质量常常是跨栏教学中教师遇到的较棘手的问题,本文针对这一普遍现象,总结教学实践经验,对女生跨栏教学中产生恐惧心理的原因以及如何消除恐惧心理作了理论上的分析阐述.
