| 摘 要： | 改革开放20余年来，我国成人教育得到空前发展，并取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而，其发展历程却几经波折。迈入新世纪之后，回顾我国成人教育发展的历程，总结其经验教训，将为成教自身的健康发展，为完成党的“十六大”赋予成教的时代使命，提供许多有益的启示。
