高职食品类毕业生跳槽调研与对策探析

摘    要:高职食品类毕业生初次就业率与其他高职院校中比较处于较高水平,但学生“跳槽”的频率也较高,影响到学校的名誉,也损害招聘单位的利益和积极性。本本研究目的深入了解和分析食品类专业高职毕业生跳槽的原因及情况分析,提出了校企联动的模式使高职学生能够沉下去提供参考性依据。

Abstract:The job hopping is frequent,although the first employment rate of the higher vocational graduates is high in colleges. The reputation of college is affected and the employers' interests is damaged,and the market is disturbed. The purpose of the paper is to study the basic situation and analyze the reason of job hopping for higher vocational education graduates from food, and the raised interaction mode of the college and the enterprise gives reference for Stability Work.
