摘    要:教学有效的关键在教师,加强教师专业发展平台建设,是推进有效教学实践的支撑性工程,而健全教师专业研训组织体系、完善教师专业研训运行机制、丰富教师专业研训实践方式,是实施这一支撑性工程的三项重要举措。

Abstract:The key to effective teaching lies in teachers,and enhancement of teacher professional development platform is a main project of facilitating effective teaching.To achieve the objective,three essential measures should be taken such as improvement of teacher professional research and training system,perfection of its operating mechanism,and enriching of its practice styles.
