| Abstract: | The key to effective teaching lies in teachers,and enhancement of teacher professional development platform is a main project of facilitating effective teaching.To achieve the objective,three essential measures should be taken such as improvement of teacher professional research and training system,perfection of its operating mechanism,and enriching of its practice styles. |
