地方本科院校实现应用型定位的路径探索--以皖西学院为例

在近15年的本科办学历程中，皖西学院坚持内涵发展和服务地方双轮驱动，确立了“地方性、应用型、教学型”办学定位。这一办学定位的实现路径主要有七：一是坚持发挥省级示范应用型本科高校建设在落实办学定位中的龙头作用；二是坚持发挥两轮本科教学评估工作在落实办学定位中的杠杆作用；三是坚持发挥校院两级管理体制改革在落实办学定位中的体制机制保障作用；四是坚持在优化学科专业结构调整进程中彰显办学定位；五是坚持在深化应用型人才培养模式改革进程中落实人才定位；六是坚持以锻造“双能型”师资队伍为突破口落实师资队伍定位；七是坚持走政产学研合作道路深化拓展“大别山道路”办学特色。

Exploring the Ways of Realizing Application Location in Local Universities- Taking an Example of West Anhui University

For fifteen years ,West Anhui University has adhered to the principles of its substantial development and service for the local ,establishing “locality ,application and teaching” as the running principles of college .There are seven ways of West Anhui University＆#39;s realizing its principles .The first is playing a leading role of provincial demonstration application-oriented university in realizing its principles .The second is playing the leverage role by two undergraduate teaching assessments .The third is playing the role of protection function of guarantee systems by two-layer management systems of colleges and university .The fourth is highlighting the running principles by optimization of discipline structures in the process of adjustment .The fifth is deepening the reform of application-oriented talents training modes to implement the talents location .The sixth is realizing the faculty location with breakthrough of training the double-type teachers ,and the last is expanding the school-running characteristics of “Dabieshan Road” with the politics-industry-academy-research cooperation .
