摘    要:健康生活教育是基础教育改革与发展的应然选择,是全面和谐可持续发展教育的要义所在,是实施素质教育的有效载体,是以人为本教育的理性回归。岳麓区汲取新道德教育观、休闲教育理论以及陶行知“生活即教育”等理论精髓,从2005年开始在全区中小学倡导健康生活教育理念,开展青少年健康生活教育实践活动,制订青少年健康生活守则及其实施手册,形成了学校、社会、家庭“三位一体”的健康生活教育实施体系,为中小学的健康生活教育提供了可资借鉴的经验。

Abstract:Healthy life education is the proper choice of basic educational reform and development ,the main idea of harmonious and sustainable educational development ,the effective carrier of quality education and the ra-tional regression of people-oriented education .From the beginning of 2005 ,Yuelu District has followed the new ideology of moral education ,leisure education theory and Tao Xingzhi’s theory”life is education”and carried on healthy life education in primary and secondary schools .They have put the theories into practice ,formulated the rules of life and its implementation handbooks .”The Trinity”healthy life education system of the school ,the so-ciety and the families can provide good experiences for other primary and secondary schools .
