| 摘 要： | 通过建立多元线性回归模型,对2007-2011年的中国31个省的矿产资源产业科学发展的主要因素进行实证分析。结果表明,生产者需求和自然资源禀赋状况同我国矿产资源产业科学发展之间存在着显著的正相关关系;而企业的创新水平、技术水平和外资利用情况与我国矿产资源产业的科学发展之间却存在着显著的负相关关系;同时,资源企业的劳动力素质和劳动力拥有状况、消费者需求、产业经济全球化情况等对我国矿产资源产业的科学发展水平没有显著性影响。

| Abstract: | Through the establishment of multiple linear regression models ,this paper investigates the major impacts on scientific development of mineral resources industry of 31 provinces in China from 2007 to 2011 .Our findings indicate that producers ’ requirements and natural resource endowment both have significantly positive im-pacts on scientific development of national mineral resources industry ,while enterprise’s innovative and techno-logical levels and utilization of foreign capital have negative ones .Meanwhile ,it is not much influenced by re-source company’s labor quality and labor employment、consumers’ demand and industrial situation of economic globalization . |
