| 摘 要： | 农村医疗服务可持续发展主要体现为4个特征：可用性、可负担性、可接受性、可调节性.主要发达国家农村医疗服务可持续发展的主要经验：政府对提供农村医疗服务的医生根据服务量给予财政补贴,对农村基层药店和来自农村的学医学生提供财政补贴,大力培养来自农村的各个层次的医疗服务人才.所以,在中国,需要持续解决我国农村医疗服务资金问题,大力培养来自农村的医生,实施可持续的监管.

| Abstract: | The rural medical service sustainable development has four characteristics： availability, affordability, acceptability, and adjustability. The main experiences of the rural medical service sustainable development from the developed countries include that government gives the financial subsidies to the doctors in the rural area in line with the their amount of service, and that government gives the financial subsidies to the rural grass-roots drugstores and the medical students in the rural area, and that government energetically trains the various medical service talents from the rural area. So, in China, these problems should be sustainably solved： the finance of the rural medical service, training the various medical service talents from the rural area, and enforcing sustainable supervises. |
