| 摘 要： | 福州素有“温泉城”的美誉，温泉资源埋藏浅、流量大、水温高、水质好，是少有适宜旅游开发的特色资源，但多年来福州温泉资源在旅游开发方面却尚未得到有效地发展．文章从分析海西旅游区建设与福州温泉旅游开发规划人手，对福州温泉旅游开发进行评价，并在此基础上提出福州温泉旅游开发规划的思路，为打造海西旅游区北部温泉城、整合海西旅游区温泉旅游资源提供参考依据．
