甘蔗渣-聚乙烯复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-MA)为偶联剂,利用双螺杆挤出机一次反应制备了甘蔗渣-聚乙烯复合材料,并用偏光显微镜、毛细管流变仪和其他手段研究甘蔗渣-聚乙烯复合材料的表面形貌、流变性能及其尺寸稳定性和防潮能力.结果表明:添加15%的甘蔗渣,并用蔗渣含量的30%偶联剂处理填料可制得加工性能较好的复合材料,复合材料较原木具有较好的防胀效率和抗吸水效率.

Abstract:The bagasse-polyethylene composite material was prepared by twin-screw extruder at the presence of the coupling agent of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene.The surface morphology,rheological behavior,dimensional stability and dampproof capacity were studied by polarization microscope,capillary rheometer and other ways.Results show that the composite material possessed better processing property could be gained when the bagasse content is 15% and the coupling agent is 30% compared with bagasse.The compos...
