高浊矿井水混凝特性研究

摘    要:根据高浊矿井水的水质特性,进行了矿井水的混凝实验研究.分别采用聚合氯化铝、三氯化铁及复合铝铁盐三种混凝剂进行烧杯实验,确定最佳混凝剂,通过正交实验确定最佳水力条件,同时确定了对最佳GT值的影响因素.结果表明,复合铝铁盐的混凝效果最佳,最佳投药量为16 mg/L;最佳水力条件为:混合G值256.5 s-1,GT值15 390;反应G值7.7 s-1,GT值6 930;投药量对最优GT值有较大影响,随着投药量的增加,最优GT值减小.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of high turbidity mine water quality,the coagulation experiment was carried out.PAC,Fecl3 and PAFC were used to ascertain the best coagulant.By orthogonal experiment,the best t hydrodynamic condition was ascertained.Meanwhile,influencing factor of the best GT was ascertained.The result shows that the PAFC has optimum coagulation effects and its best dosage is 16 mg/L;the best hydrodynamic condition: the mixed G is 56.5 s-1,the mixed GT is 10 170;the reactive G is 7.9 s-1,the reactive GT is 17 280.Chemical feed quantities have very big influence on the best GT.With increase of chemical feed quantities,the best GT will decrease.
