教师态度与学校社会处境分化

摘    要:教师对待学生的态度会对学生的心理发展产生深远的影响:积极态度和高期望能构造有利于学生发展的积极学校社会处境,导致积极的教育效果;消极态度和低期望则使学生处于不利的学校社会处境,并导致消极的教育效果。因此。教师应以积极的态度和期望对待每一个学生,扭转消极对待,促进学生的健康成长和发展。

Abstract:Teachers attitude towards students will have a deep impact on students' psychological development.A positive attitude and high expectation may create a positive school and society situation benificial for students' development leading to a positive education effect.On the other hand,a negative attitude and low expectation may create an unfavourable school and society environment for students and lead to a negative education effect.Therefore,teachers should have positive attitude foward and high expectation for every student,avoid a negative attitude towards students and improve harmonious and sound development of students both mentally and physically.
