| 摘 要： | 在薄层层析实验中,用阿贝折射仪通过折射率测定各种展开剂成份比例,与延长时间变化的问题,基于折射率的结果,实验者可以调节展开剂的折光率获得高品质的试验结果。本文提供了一个快速,可信的方法来衡量和调整每个组件的比例,以满足学生薄层色谱实验的需求。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that the ratio of each component of the developing agent in TLC experiment will be changed with the time extended,this paper check refractive index to do fast tracing of the change of components＇ by Abbe refractometer.Based on the result of refractive index,experimenter could adjust the developing agent to get high quality experiment result.This paper provides one fast and believable method to measure and adjust the ratio of each component to meet the demand of student＇s TLC experiment. |
