| 摘 要： | 广义上的政治文化包括实体性政治文化和观念性政治文化,人民政协制度作为实体政治文化,其确立和不断完善体现着中国当代政治文化的建设,是政治文化建设最大的成果。作为观念性政治文化,人民政协在增进政治认同、提高民众的民主意识和宪政意识等方面也起着积极的作用,是政治社会化的重要媒介。

| Abstract: | Extensively understanding,political culture includes substantial one and conceptual one.As a kind of substantial political culture,Chinese People's Consultative Conference,with its establishment and improvement,represents the construction of contemporary Chinese political culture and the greatest fruit of that.At the same time,as an important media of political socialization,Chinese People's Consultative Conference has positive functions on improving political identification,democracy and constitutionalism consciousness. |
