论高职校教师心理挫折的管理

摘    要:就教育事实而言,高职校教师要比普通高校教师在心理上要承受更多的压力,因高职校的教育教学环境等方面也易使教师产生心理挫折感,高职校应加强对教师心理挫折的管理,切实分析教师心理挫折的成因,努力探索预防与消除的办法,以维护教师身心健康,挖掘教师的智能,提高高职校的管理效能.

Abstract:As far as the education situation is concerned, teachers in higher technical colleges sustain mentally more stress than those in common colleges and universities, and the educational and teaching environments in it also make it easier fro the teachers to have mental setback. Therefore, higher technical colleges ought to strengthen the supervision of their mental setback, analyze the reason for it and try to find ways to prevent and get rid of it in order to maintain teachers' health, bring them into full play and develop the supervision function of technical colleges.
