| 摘 要： | 真理的力量和人格的力量是影响政治工作实效的重要因素，而人格力量的影响更为突出。思想政治工作主体的品德、文化、才能等因素影响着基人格力量的发挥。要提高思想政治工作的实效，必须强化主体的品德修养，提高主体的文化素质，增强主体的综合能力。

| Abstract: | The strength of the truth and that of the selfhood are important factors for effectiveness of ideological and political work; the strength of selfhood plays an even larger part. Such factors as virtues, culture and capacity in the subject that ideological and political work deals with affect the exertion of the selfhood strength. To enhance effectiveness in work, there should be intensification on the subject's moral, and cultural makings and general abilities. |
