| Abstract: | On the basis of the theory of health through exercise techniques, the author puts forward two principles of drawing up the teaching material: one with the exercise techniques as the main contents and the other with measurable techniques as the main contents. At the same time, the author presents a detailed account on the addition,delection and choice of the basic teaching material and supplementary teaching material used in exercise technique courses. |
