摘    要:山西大同大学土木工程专业为实现适应地方经济发展的高素质应用型人才培养目标,从2018年开始试点实施"3.5+0.5"本科人才协同培养新模式。其内涵为学生在前3.5年在学校完成人才培养方案规定的全部课程,后0.5年根据学生综合情况,由学院推荐到企业的施工、设计、加固、造价等技术岗位,采用校内、校外双导师制,在企业完成毕业实习与设计(论文),使学生熟悉未来就业岗位应具备的基本能力,成为用人单位所需的合格技术人才。

Abstract:In order to achieve the goal of training high-quality applied talents to adapt to local economic development,which,the new"3.5+0.5"co-cultivation talent training model of civil engineering,is trained on a pilot basis since 2018 in Datong University.Its connotation is that students complete all the courses of talent training program in the first 3.5 years,and in the last 0.5 years,according to the comprehensive situation,students are recommended by the college to enterprises,such as construction,design,reinforcement,and cost.The double mentor system is adopted to complete the graduation internship and thesis in the enterprise.The basic ability of students is familiar with the future employment post by practice,they will become the qualified technical talents who are needed by the employer.
