| 摘 要： | 研究生团队精神和合作能力是科学发展对未来创新型人才的要求,也是研究生综合素质的体现,本文论述了研究生团队精神培养的重要性,分析了目前研究生团队精神培养方面存在的问题和原因,并根据地球科学学科特点,提出了培养具有团结协作精神的地球科学类研究生的一些途径与措施。

| Abstract: | The team spirit and cooperative ability are essential characteristics of creative talent in future scientific research, which are also the qualities of graduates. This thesis discusses the significances of team spirit cultivation on graduates and the reasons and obstacles restricting the team spirit cultivation today. Based on the peculiarities of earth science, the thesis proposes the techniques on improving the team spirit of graduates. |
