| 摘 要： | 课程教学资源建设是现代远程教育实施和发展的关键，课程教学资源是指课程教学所需的印刷媒体教材、音像媒体教材，网络课程等。实践证明，开发和制作内容丰富、适合于学生自主学习的高质量的课程教学资源是一项艰巨的系统工程，必须以科学、求实的态度积极进行教学资源的整合、开发与制作，以推促现代远程教育进一步健康地向前发展。本文运用价值工程理论，对如何科学、合理地建设和配置课程教学资源进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The course resource consists of varied materials, including paper, audio, video and network. The development of tailored and integrated course resources is a complicated system and needs tremendous work based on teaching theories and practice. The article mainly deals with the application of value engineering theory on course resources development in distance education. |
