摘    要:实现新课程理念向教师教学行为的有效转化,是教育教学发展的迫切要求,同时也是提高教育教学质量、推动教育教学改革的关键。通过新课程理念赋予教师教学行为新特征的分析,归纳出教学行为转向的四大趋向,从而提出实现教师有效教学行为模式的建议,以期促进新课程改革顺利向前推进。

Abstract:The realization of the new curriculum ideas and the effective transformation of teachers'teaching behaviors is the urgent need in the development of education and instruction, and is also the key to improve the qualities of education and instruction and to promote the educational reform. By analyzing the new teaching behaviors the new curriculum ideas have entrusted teachers with, the essay sums up four important trends of teaching behaviors and proposes the effective teaching behavior patterns with the intention of promoting the new curriculum reform.
