| 摘 要： | “读书兴农”活动是在广大农村全面实现建设小康社会的宏伟目标,践行“三个代表”重要思想的战略举措,也是提高广大农民的思想道德、科学文化和民主法制等方面素质的基础性工程。若要使此项活动卓有成效地开展下去,必须充分发挥各种要素的综合功能。
