| 摘 要： | 本文指出了当前高职院校学风建设中存在的问题,针对这些问题提出高职院校学风建设必须充分调动全院师生员工的积极性和主动性,建设优良的学习环境,良好的教风、考风,制定严格、合理、人性化的管理制度,激发学生学习动机、培养良好的学习习惯,以达到创建高职院校优良学风的目的。
