| Abstract: | It is a matter of great significance to research the science and research motive of the teacher in the universifies for mobilizing the energies of teacher to go in for science and research, raising the quality of the research results, training personnel of the type of innovation. On the basis of the analysis of the source of science and research motive, the article puts forward measures to stimulate the teacher in the universities, which will direct school scientific research administration practicing. |
