| 摘 要： | 本文把两种常用的战略管理工具BSC和KPI相结合，并将它们进行整合，设计出基于战略的绩效管理工具，并在此基础上建立了基于战略的绩效管理系统，为战略绩效管理系统的研究提供了一种新的研究思路和方法。
