| 摘 要： | 在回顾图书馆读者忠诚文献的基础上,通过问卷调查的数据,分析影响图书馆读者忠诚的因素,并利用Lisrel8.70软件构建图书馆读者忠诚结构模型,指出提升图书馆读者忠诚的关注点。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing the papers of the reader loyalty, this paper analysed the factors of effecting the reader loyalty, and made the empirical study with the soft lisrel 8.70, and constructed the reader loyalty model by using the data from questionnaire, and pointed out how to promote the library reader loyalty. |
