教育结果公平的内涵及其衍生规定

摘    要:作为实质公平的教育结果公平指的是每个受教育者获得为培养目标所规定的健康、全面发展和这种健康、全面发展的每个侧面都获得与其潜能相应的一定程度的发展;但从人们对教育结果公平的主观体认的角度来看,作为教育结果公平是一种公正的不等同;教育结果公平目标不仅是跨时段的,而且是跨学段的。教育结果公平取决于政府在分配教育资源时的差别化对待和学校教育者对受教育者的无差别对待;教育结果公平是"教育质量"题中应有之义,是衡量教育质量的标准。

Abstract:To achieve the real equity,fair educational result must have everyone receiving education develop healthily in a comprehensive way with every aspect improving in accordance with its corresponding potential in response to the stipulated training objectives.People,however,tend to regard the fairness of educational result as a kind of just inequality from the perspective of subjectivity.The objective of fair educational result spans both class hour and teaching conten;Fair educational result is determined by the facts that governments allot educational resources differently and school educators treat students equally.Fair educational result is the criterion for judging educational quality.
