循环经济产业分工的动力、结构和矛盾

循环产业产生和发展的方法论基础,认为循环经济是循环生产企业、循环生产行业和通过循环生产对现有行业的改造三个分工层次的整体。循环经济的实质是外部文化和政治压力导致的企业内部分工细化的结果,而循环企业的发展动力仍然是以物质财富的增长为目的,二者之间的矛盾是循环产业发展的主要矛盾。只有着眼于劳动者素质技能及其社会地位的提高,才能真正消除资本作为物质生产力代表支配生产而带来的不利影响,从而在实践中以此为原则发展循环产业的各种具体劳动的分工形式,并以此不断改造现有的其他行业,最终促进人与环境的和谐发展。

The Dynamics, Strcture and Conflict of the Labour Division in Cycle Industry

Based on Marxist theories of labour division and industries as the methodological foundation for the creation and development of cycle economy,this paper regards the cycle economy as an intege,which is composed of the cycle enterprise,cycle industry and reforms of exist industries through cycle production. The nature of cycle economy is the result of fine division of labour in enterprise due to the culture and political pressure outside of enterprises.however,the dynamics of cycle enterprise is the pursue of physical wealth.The conflict between the nature and dynamics is the leading conflict in its development.In this paper,the author holds that only through increasing the diathesis skill and social status of the labourers can a society veritably eliminate the disadvantage that the capital dominates social production,then developes the division forms of labor in cycle industries in practice and reforms the exist industries,furthermore,can a society achieve a harmonious development between man and nature.
