| 摘 要： | 论述了创新型人才主要是指具有创新精神、创新能力和创新人格三方面素质的人才。创新人才具有好奇心、发散思维和自主性等素质特征。而创新人才是在一定的社会环境中成长起来的，因此必须为创新人才营造一种民主自由的社会氛围。

| Abstract: | The creative talents are the people who have three qualities: the innovation spirit, the innovative capacity and the innovative personality. The talented person in innovation has lots of good qualities , such as the curiosity , divergent thoughts , self-determination and so on. And this kind of person grows up in a certain social environment. We must create a kind of democratic and liberal social environment. |
