| 摘 要： | 过度教育是指个体实际接受的教育水平高于其所从事工作的教育要求,这一现象在发达国家和发展中国家都是普遍存在的。过度教育对整个社会来说,具有一定的负面影响。因此,应进行适当的制度创新对过度教育进行修正,以减小过度教育所带来的负面影响。

| Abstract: | Over education refers to the educational level that the individual practically received is higher than the level required by the profession.It is an universal phenomenon in both developing country and developed country.The article expounds the origin and influence of over education,and adverse selection that individual probably does.Moreover,the authors thinks that the proper system innovation can reduce the bad effects of over education. |
