隐性知识与日本技术传承

隐性知识在日本传统手工艺、近代技术变革与当代企业经营中发挥了重要作用。并作为创造源泉,在当今的尖端技术乃至机器人、人工智能领域得到推进。通过研究隐性知识与汉文“素读”“守破离”思想的关系及其在近代技术与企业和当前非物质文化遗产继承中的具体传承方式,可发现日本技术传承的思想与强大生命力均在很大程度上来源于东方经验主义。如果能将东方隐性知识传承的方法运用于传统和个人知识技术的共有化、显性化、活性化和共创化,应当能对人类生命的丰富、自然和科技发展间的和谐作出更大贡献。

Tacit Knowledge and the Technique Transmission in Japan

Tacit knowledge plays an important role in traditional handicrafts,modern technological revolution and company management.Also,it is spread in the leading edge technology,robot and AI area.Studying the relationships between tacit knowledge and the thoughts of Kanbun“Sudoku”and“shuhari”,and the specific ways in which it is passed in the modern technology,company and intangible cultural properties,we can find that its thoughts and vital power all origin from the eastern empiricism.If we could use the way we learned from the Japanese about passing the tacit knowledge to the sharing,visualizing,revitalizing and co-creation of the traditional and personal knowledge and technology,we shall contribute more to the richness of human life and the harmony between nature and the development of technology.
